Quality Control

As we service for the high end market and clients with quality products & costs, we attach high importance to the quality control.

Before production, our factory workers will check all the drawings with our office staffs to ensure they are reasonable.

Quality Control needs to be run through all the production and packing, loading. Here are some points to state:

1, Raw Materials Inspection –Each block or raw quartz sands / Galss need to be inspected carefully before using to ensure the minimum waste.

2, Quartz Slabs pressing should take care of each procedure on the time control to get the high quality as possible.

3, The thickness tolerance and flatness inspection is the basic requirements.

4, The Layout of joint pieces for countertops is necessary to ensure the joint edge and veining matching.

5, We use the thick wood pieces to crate the tops and use many metal rods and trims to reinforce the crates with safety guaranteed during transportation.

6, Our inspectors pay attention to any movement possibility and space during loading, we fix them!

Our countertops factory has 10+ years fabrication experience established in 2008, some machines are under customized transformation to get best quality products. We were the 1^st factory in Xiamen area for BOTH quartz slabs and cut to size countertops since 2008.

Developing with factory for 10+ years, our experienced workers and management are the key to keep our production quality and on-time delivery. We pride ourselves on the fact that we have a loyal, hard-working team of highly skilled, talented people.

The quartz slabs pressing 2 lines and cut to size plant have made our quartz countertops used for many USA custom projects in hospitality and multifamily. This integrated fabrication from slabs to finished products can guarantee the best rate of custom countertops with best usage as we make each slab per the project pieces actual dimensions.

MANAGEMENT

Kevin has been in the stone manufacturing and export since 2006, he has full experience of the whole line of the raw materials, fabrication, quality and export markets. His rich travelling experience to different countries (USA, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and domestic) fills his strategic global vision on the markets demands and trends.

From natural stones quarries like granite, marble, limestone, travertine to artificial stones, Kevin has the whole industry knowledge to service our clients well. Based on this, our sales team are always ready to offer the full solutions for your stone countertops and related products requirements with efficient ways. His detail-oriented idea on products makes him capable on other sanitary products in our supply chains mainly on shower glass doors and bath doors, shower wall panels and pans for bath interior.

Mr. Xu has nearly 20+ years stone manufacturing from the raw materials, production to quality and markets. He was originally serviced for Japan and Singapore projects with the highest quality standard all over the world, that leads his strict quality management and effort to catch the very narrow delivery time.

Mr. Xu has been in charge of general management of the quartz and glass stone factory since 2012, under his management, clients always thumbs up for our quality and delivery time. Our consistent effort to improve costs reduction under quality guarantee makes our prices very competitive, that results in more and more returned clients and new clients’ cooperation.

Mr. Lin is in charge of the raw materials purchase and managing new color research team. The raw material is the key directly to the final products’ purity and quality. Due to his rigorous attitude on the quality, he always could get the best materials. Our factory research team is also under his supervision, we always work out the best matches for the new colors or colors from other brands, as he knows the raw materials well.

Mr. Li has been in stone production for 20 years, he has very rich experience on each production stage. His eyes are very sharp-sighted on the material and process quality, he overall manages the quality team for every production stage –Raw materials selected to use, rough cutting, fine process, cutout and edges to final layout and packing.

Thanks to Mr. Li’s quality control, our clients are very happy on our quality and have no need to check in person for many loyal clients. We are always improving us on the quality on every detail to make our clients easier on quality and installation.
